Service Nature

Zenaromaart provides party styling services, which are time-sensitive and custom-planned for each celebration. Our return policy reflects the nature of service-based offerings.

Cancellation by Client

More Than 14 Days Before Event

If you cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled celebration, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus a small administrative fee.

7-14 Days Before Event

Cancellations made 7-14 days before the celebration date will receive a 50% refund. At this point, we have typically begun sourcing decor and dedicating time to your project.

Less Than 7 Days Before Event

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the celebration are non-refundable. Decor has been purchased, and time has been reserved specifically for your event.

Date Changes

If you need to change your celebration date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the new date based on availability. Date changes requested less than 7 days before the original date may incur additional fees.

Cancellation by Zenaromaart

In rare circumstances where we must cancel services due to unforeseen events, emergencies, or factors beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Weather and Venue Issues

For outdoor celebrations, adverse weather does not constitute grounds for refund, as we provide styling services regardless of weather conditions. Venue accessibility issues are the responsibility of the client.

Service Adjustments

Minor adjustments to the styling concept can be made up to 5 days before the celebration. Significant changes requested close to the event date may not be possible and could affect service delivery.

Damage and Loss

Decorative elements provided by Zenaromaart remain our property. Clients are responsible for damage or loss during the celebration. Costs for damaged or missing items will be billed separately.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned using the original payment method.
